Outpatient Behavioral Health Intern
I currently hold a bachelor's degree in Social Work from Minot State University as well as a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from North Dakota State University. Currently, I am pursuing my Master's degree in Social Work through the University of North Dakota and am set to graduate in the spring of 2025.
Throughout my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health crisis, severe and persistent mental illness as well as substance abuse. Additionally, I have worked closely within the school and foster care systems.
As a behavioral health intern, I am excited to continue to learn and grow while also assisting others in accomplishing their own goals. My hope is to gain experience in a variety of modalities including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
