Our structured autism assessment process ensures a thorough and personalized evaluation. Clients begin with intake paperwork, questionnaires, and mental health screenings through our secure client portal. Our clinicians carefully review all submitted documents, including previous evaluations if available.

The first appointment is a 60-minute telehealth session to discuss assessment goals, life history, and family background. Based on this discussion, additional assessments are provided to the client and relevant collateral sources. The second appointment involves in-office testing, and in some cases, a third 60–90-minute session is required to complete additional assessments.

Throughout the process, clients and their chosen collateral sources complete rating scales and other measures to provide quantifiable insights into strengths, challenges, and overall functioning. These tools help refine the diagnosis and ensure a well-rounded understanding.

A follow-up 45–60-minute telehealth session is held to review results in a supportive, therapeutic space. Included in the evaluation is a diagnostic letter, with optional diagnostic summary reports or comprehensive evaluation reports available for an additional cost. Our goal is to provide clear, insightful, and individualized evaluations to support each client’s unique needs.
