Our structured ADHD assessment provides clarity and personalized insights. Clients begin with intake paperwork, questionnaires, and mental health screenings through our secure client portal. Our clinicians carefully review all submitted documents, including previous evaluations if available.

The first appointment is a 90-minute telehealth session, where we explore the client’s biopsychosocial history and assess ADHD traits. Clients then complete in-office assessments and behavior rating scales specific to ADHD, executive functioning, and general mental health. The behavior rating scales are also sent to relevant collaterals for additional perspectives.

A follow-up 30-minute telehealth session provides a space to review results, process findings, and explore next steps. Clients also have the option to receive a comprehensive 8-12 page report, detailing background information, assessment results, clinical interpretations, and relevant diagnoses. Our goal is to provide clear, thorough, and supportive evaluations tailored to each individual’s needs.
