Your Privacy Is Our Priority
Statement from Autonomy Counseling, PLLC
At Autonomy Counseling, PLLC, we are committed to protecting the privacy, dignity, and rights of every client we serve.
In response to recent discussions about autism registries and evolving healthcare regulations, we want you to know:
We do not and will not share your information without a signed Release of Information (ROI), except in rare cases of safety concerns where only the minimum necessary information is disclosed.
If a court order were ever issued, we will work with healthcare attorneys in Minnesota, Florida, and Texas to respond appropriately—always prioritizing client confidentiality.
Our documentation practices are deliberately minimal, keeping records as general as clinically appropriate to protect sensitive information, especially in group services.
You are our priority—not data collection.
If you have questions about your privacy rights, please contact us directly.
