

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative therapist to join our state-certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy program. The DBT Therapist will provide evidence-based individual therapy, support clients in developing practical skills for managing emotions and relationships, participate in consultation team meetings, and contribute to coordinated care. The ideal candidate values ongoing learning, works effectively with individuals experiencing intense emotions or high-risk behaviors, and approaches each client with empathy, consistency, and respect.
Requirements
Master's degree in therapy, counseling, social work, or related field
Current, unrestricted independent license (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, LP) to practice in the state of MN or eligible
DBT training and experience or willingness to receive training
Willingness to abide by the standard IOP DBT protocol
Able to work 1-2 evenings per week, including leading/co-leading groups
