Amy is not accepting new clients at this time.

"My goal is to help others live a healthy, happy life. I believe we are all capable of development and growth, and sometimes we need a little help for that to happen. I work in a relational way and collaboratively with my clients to support changes they want to see in their lives. My hope as a counselor and drama therapist is to bring my knowledge together with you, the expert of your life, and creatively work together to help you achieve your goals.

As a registered drama therapist with the North American Drama Therapy Association since 2017, I have worked with a variety of client populations (including inpatient care with children, adolescents, and adults and outpatient care with veterans, at-risk and homeless youth adults transitioning from incarceration, adults with substance use and mental health concerns, and others). As a counselor, I have worked with individuals and couples dealing with relationship issues, mood concerns, stress management, career exploration, personal wellness, and trauma. I am also trained in EMDR.

I am the daughter of a law enforcement officer and sister of two military combat veterans, two forms of community service providers near and dear to my heart. The arts and geekdom are also integral parts of who I am as a person and have helped me connect with several artists and “geeks” in my work. I integrate my geeky and nerdy passions into my work with clients who share similar passions."
