Cost: $335 per dyad relationship

Date: 7/13/2024

Time: 9 am to 4 pm

Registration Deadline: All couples must have their assessments and payment completed by 7/5/2024. There is room for a maximum of 7 couples for this group.

What’s included?

  • Prepare/Enrich assessment (a $35 value)

  • Copy of your couple report

  • Discussion Guide, a complement to your assessment results. It provides additional insights and discussion prompts about various relationship topics

  • Couples Workbook, containing over 30 pages of couples exercises and material, some of which will be covered in the workshop, with many additional exercises you can do on your own to continue strengthening your relationship after the workshop (or wedding day)

  • 6.5 Hours of training by a Certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator

  • Certificate of Completion

Schedule

  • 9:00 am – 10:00 am: Introductions, Ground Rules, Ice Breaker, Completing and Sharing of Strengths & Growth Areas

  • 10:10 am – 12:00 pm: SCOPE Personality Scales, Personal Stress Profile, Relationship Dynamics

  • 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm: Lunch (on your own or sandwiches and snacks provided)

  • 12:30 pm – 1:40 pm: Communication, Conflict Resolution

  • 1:50 pm – 3:00 pm: Financial Management, Spiritual Beliefs, Sexual Expectations (premarital) or Sexual Relationship (married)

  • 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Couple and Family Maps, Achieving Your Goals...Together, Evaluation

  1. Can couples from different relationship stages be in the same group? Definitely! Bringing couples of various relationship stages together in one group can lead to a dynamic experience for everyone! Engaged couples benefit from learning how married couples cope with life’s stressors, honor their commitment, grow, heal, and express themselves. Engaged and dating couples reenergize those around them with their hope and optimism.

  2. Do we have to be married? No.

  3. What if there are more than two people in our relationship? Unfortunately, the evidence base for this program is based on couples. If needing assistance for more than two people, please contact our office; we have several providers trained and allied in this area.
