Description
Autonomy Counseling is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our growing assessment team. The Testing Psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, integrate clinical and assessment data, prepare high-quality reports, and provide diagnostic clarification to clients and referral sources.
Our psychologists work in a collaborative environment alongside therapists, psychiatric providers, and psychometrists to provide evidence-based assessments that inform treatment planning and improve client outcomes. We value professional autonomy, ethical practice, and a commitment to delivering comprehensive, clinically meaningful evaluations.
Responsibilities include conducting clinical interviews, selecting and administering psychological assessment measures, interpreting test results, preparing integrated evaluation reports, providing feedback sessions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary providers. Opportunities are available to develop specialty services based on individual interests and expertise.
Requirements
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
Current licensure or license eligibility in Minnesota.
Experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations.
Proficiency in administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized psychological assessments.
Strong diagnostic formulation and clinical writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
